“While Supplies Last” is a commentary on the consumption of photography through social media in the information age. What is the life span of a photo on social media? Does its presence/impact mature, degrade or stay constant over time? The printed images on cakes is meant to allow the viewer time to celebrate the consumption (introduction), digestion (interpretation), and separation with the work as it is presented away from the distractions and immediacy of social media platforms.
Show with cake slice or whole sheet in the gallery, DJ and drinks in Honey from 7-10pm. Admission is FREE and open to the public.
